Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts between Weber IT-System and its clients regarding web development, hosting, maintenance and business automation.

Offers from Weber IT-System are non-binding. A contract is concluded upon written confirmation (including by e-mail) by both parties. Additional services outside the agreed scope are billed separately based on effort.

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Unless agreed otherwise, one-time project prices are due 50% upon order placement and 50% upon completion. Monthly services are invoiced monthly in advance.

The client provides required content, access and approvals in a timely manner. Delays due to lack of client cooperation shift agreed deadlines accordingly.

Weber IT-System is liable for damages only in case of intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages and lost profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Ongoing monthly services (hosting, maintenance, security check) may be terminated in writing by either party with 30 days' notice to the end of the month. One-time projects end upon acceptance of the agreed deliverable.

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Weber IT-System, to the extent permitted by law.
